There are no restroom facilities at the location or close to the location! We will try to provide you with an extra restroom stop before leaving town. For persons with medical issues, we recommend to take the Aurora Lodge viewing tour.
The Murphy Dome is an area and there is no building and not a lodge. You will be waiting in the van for the Northern Lights to come out.
We can not guarantee the Northern Lights will be visible

To receive a full refund, travelers may cancel up to 48 hours before the experience start date in the local time zone. No refunds will be given after that time period.
if we must cancel the tour due to less than minimum capacity, dangerous weather conditions, or emergencies.

We are aware that sometimes unforeseen circumstances and illness can prevent our customers from taking their tour. For this reason, we highly recommend you buy travel insurance before your trip.
NO SHOWS/ UNUSED SERVICE/ LATE SHOW UP
Punctuality is extremely important when traveling with a group. Our waiting policy at pick-up is 15 minutes. If guests do not arrive within that time, it is considered a no-show and no refund will be given. This policy pertains to all our tours, including tours beginning from our property.
Any pre-booked/reserved service not checked-in for is considered a no-show and no refund will be issued.
Any reservation not used/ claimed is non-refundable.

Jean was an awesome guide, telling us about the Fairbanks area and the wildlife here. We were beyond lucky to see the Northern light for more than a few hours which we hear is not common. Jean made us hot cocoa when we were cold. Amazing experience.
Northern Lights is amazing and the “tilted” star constellations (because I lived at much southern area of the States) was a “surprise”.
Everything, the pick up was punctual and the Tour guide was excellent. He was very knowledgeable of Alaska history and made the ride very pleasant and informative. The Northern lights display was breathtaking. He took us to different locations and we were able to see the lights in all of them. Thank you so much Garec (maybe I missed spell his name). You are awesome.
