*Please bring bathing suits, bath towels, 50 cents for each locker (2 quarters) and a picture id if you’d like to purchase the cocktail in the ice museum. We also recommend to bring some shower slippers for the hot springs.
*Children under 18 are not allowed to use the outdoor natural adult Rock Lake

To receive a full refund, travelers may cancel up to 48 hours before the experience start date in the local time zone. No refunds will be given after that time period.

NO SHOWS/ UNUSED SERVICE/ LATE SHOW UP
Punctuality is extremely important when traveling with a group. Our waiting policy at pick-up is 15 minutes. If guests do not arrive within that time, it is considered a no-show and no refund will be given. This policy pertains to all our tours, including tours beginning from our property.
Any pre-booked/reserved service not checked-in for is considered a no-show and no refund will be issued.
Any reservation not used/ claimed is non-refundable.

Any changes made will be in the interest of Alaska Wildlife Guide LLC passengers or as a result of circumstances beyond Alaska Wildlife Guide LLC control. Rebecca was an awesome guide for us. During our visit to Chena Hot Springs, we witnessed the Aurora and she made two stops on the way back. I really recommend this tour. If you're not sure whether they're going to cancel or not. Contact the company by calling or having a conversation with them.
This was such a fun experience! And Rebecca was the BOMB! She was so friendly, accommodating and truly went the extra mile for all of us. Would do this again in a heartbeat.
Awesome experience, our tour guide Rebeca took us to great spots to capture the Northern Lights, Chena hot spring is a must when visiting Fairbanks 10/10!
