3. Please provide accurate Name, Gender, Adult/Child or Passport Copy and Contact Phone No. when booking the tour. You are responsible for missing or providing wrong information during the journey.
4. To make your trip smooth, we strongly recommend you book the activities, tickets, and meal packages in advance. No additional change or modification within 7 days.
5. During the tour, please arrive at the pick-up location at the time agreed by the tour guide. If you're late or unable to catch up with the transportation, you have a responsibility to pay your own fees for the next designated meeting place or group.
6. Service fees are paid in Canadian dollars (CAD) directly to the tour guide. Please prepare a certain amount of CAD cash.
7. During the tour, the tour guide may pick up or drop off travelers in different hotels due to the hotel in demand on season.
8. Language: This tour is escorted by a professional bilingual tour guide and/or driver guide (English/Chinese). Tours and/or languages may be combined to operate this tour depending on the number of passengers who have booked a particular departure.
9. It is highly recommended to purchase a travel insurance to ensure your personal benefits.
10. If you have any special needs like bed type, vegetarian, bay chair or personal issue, we will try our best to arrange but not guarantee. Please request 10 days before the tour.
11. The weather in the Rocky Mountain Scenic Area is dry and cold in winter. The temperature is usually under 10°C. Please prepare adequate winter clothing, hats, wool socks, and waterproof ski boots or sports shoes.
12. The Rocky Mountain is located at a high altitude and there is still plenty of sunshine in winter. Please bring sunscreen, sunglasses, and hat to avoid ultraviolet radiation and avoid the possibility of snow blindness.
