Price per person per day based on a shared twin room
* Children occupy a seat on the coach, shares a room with two adults – WITHOUT extra bed.

Please note:
- Hotel classification is based on a 3 star hotel, minimum of 3-star hotel is guaranteed.
- Overnight accommodation will not be provided on the last day of the tour and for daily tours.
Tour price is including continental breakfast (CBF) starting from the first overnight of the tour.

* Passengers must have a valid passport. Your passport must remain valid for at least 6 months from the arrival date. We will not be held responsible for any expenses if passengers are refused entry by any country.
* We are not liable if passengers decide to withdraw during the tour.
* We reserve the right to alter or curtail the itinerary substitute hotels and/or conveyances as it is deemed necessary.
* Our products are not wheelchair accessible, the tour company reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings for wheelchair travellers.
* Our tour manager and driver do not accept liability for lost or stolen personal property during the tour.
* Passenger accepts full responsibility for losses and expenses due to delay, sickness, weather, strikes, wars, quarantine and changes to the itinerary.
* Purchase of European travel insurance is strongly recommended. Please ensure that you are suitably insured for your entire trip.
* Our professional tour managers will help you to explore and make the most out of your time. Their love and knowledge for the destinations will bring the holiday to life. The tips for the tour manager and driver are not included in the tour price. Our mandatory tip is €10 per person per day (€5 for the tour manager and €5 for the driver) both for adults and children. Tips will be collected by the tour manager in cash (Euros) whilst on tour.
* Please ensure that you have sufficient cash to pay for entrance tickets at your own expense as per the optional price lists, meals, tips, city taxes/entrance fees and expenses not included in our tour price and itinerary.
* The customer will be responsible for all their personal belongings whilst on the tour. With regards to luggage, please advise your customers that they must be prepared to carry their own suitcase from the coach to their hotel room and back to the coach. The driver will assist with the uploading and offloading of their luggage from the coach. Every client is only allowed to bring one luggage on board (Weight below 30kg, the sum of three sizes must not exceed 158 cm). If client bring more than one luggage (if the coach has enough space) we will have to charge 5 Euros every day for each additional luggage. Apologies for any inconveniences caused.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES
(1) 18 days before departure – Full refund.
(2) 17 – 10 days before departure– Penalty of 50% of tour prices will be charged.
(3) Less than 9 days before departure – No Refund.
