* Operations of False Creek Ferries, Gondola, Snowshoeing, Banff Sulphur Mountain hotsprings and etc. are seasonal and weather-permitting; subject to change without notice.
* Please bring Visa/MasterCard for the hotel incidental deposits
* Triple / Quad are to be shared with 2 beds; child (under 12 yrs) shares bed with adults and is charged with tour fare
* Service charge of $40 per room per night will be added if you opt to stay at a specific hotel
* All hotel rooms are non-smoking. Any violation will be penalized $350 and up (non-refundable cleaning fee)
* Limited to one medium sized suitcase and one carry-on luggage per person. Any additional luggage may be charge of $35 per piece
Terms and Conditions:
Tour Cancellation Policy: (All cancellation request must be submitted in writing)
1. 25-32 days prior to departure date - refund 70% of tour fare
2. 17-24 days prior to departure date - refund 50% of tour fare
3. No refund within 16-day prior to departure date. No partial refund on any unused services
* Once the ski pass (lift tickets & rentals, etc) is confirmed, all cancellation or changes are subject to a $50 service fee.
* Non-refundable for any changes or cancellation for upgrade hotel option(s)
* Tour fares and hotel upgrade surcharge in Rockies tour are subject to change
* We reserve the rights to cancel the tours without liability 14 days prior to departure, and reschedule the tours or refund payment if the number of participants is inadequate to form a group.
