Essential Information：

1. If the train schedule cancel or postpone, the travel agency will do the best, try to help you with any re-arrangement due to accidents and force majeure that we cannot control by the human, including but not limited to, transportation company capacity deployment, airport or station temporary closure, temporary cancellation by the transportation company, weather, uncontrol traffic, etc.

2.If train delay of more than 5 hours or more, you can choose to wait for the next scheduled or cancel the train itinerary；

• If you choose to cancel the train itinerary, we will assist you with the train ticket refund. We also provide free nightly accommodation (Clarion Hotel) in Calgary or similar grade. The cost of changing flights or other modes of transportation fee will respond by yourself. 

2. This product is a package and combination with VIA Rail Canadian. The train schedule, information, and the refund policy should confirm by VIA Rail Canadian for the final result.

3. It is highly recommended to purchase travel insurance to ensure your personal interests.

Instructions:

1.This product is a local tour. All travelers have a responsibility to ready and bring your valid tourist Visa. Confirm and process eTA in advance according to your passport type. 

2.Please provide accurate: Name, Gender, Adult / Child or Passport Copy and Contact Phone No. when booking the tour. You are responsible for missing or providing wrong information during the journey.

3.If you haven't received the 《Tour Confirmation》9 days before your trip, please contact our office

4.To make your trip smooth, we strongly recommend that order activities tickets and meal packages, when the time of your order. No additional change or modification within 9 days before or during the tour.

5.This product is FIT (Free Independent Travelers), we promised our service content and standards are not changed base on with another guest’s combination to form a group and plan your itinerary. Some itinerary may adjust or rearrange for different departure dates.

6.Hotel Class: North American Hotels do not have an official hotel star rating standard. The hotels involved in the trip are local brand hotels only.

7.The North American Hotel Standard Room equipped with one large bed or two standard beds. If you have special requirements for the bed types, please inform us at the time of booking.

8.Product components - such as Tourist Vehicles, Hotels, Restaurant, Facilities, etc. Those are from different regions or countries’ standards; please understand. Our tour guide will use bilingual (Mandarin or English) to serve you.

9.Tourist Vehicles Arrangement: Below 24 passengers will be provided a driver and as a tour guide. Above 24 passengers, will be provided a driver and a tour guide.

10All kinds of transportation, hotels, restaurants and sightseeing spots used in the itinerary have different regulations on the safety and rights of tourists. In the event of accidental casualties or other losses, our company is not involved in the case based on the regulations by the operating agencies.

11.In case of circumstances, such as weather, traffic accidents, etc.; our company has the right to modify or cancel the itinerary。

12.It is highly recommended to purchase travel insurance to ensure your personal benefits.

13.Any transportation cancellations or delays, climate change, or any other travel safety issues within the trip, are not related to our company and does not take any responsibility.

Change or Cancellation：

- Reduce the number of participants in the same invoice

- Cancel the whole invoice

- Change itinerary

- Change the departure date and keep the same itinerary

- Change the name of the participant

Rectification:

- Increase the number o participants

Rectify Invoice：    

1. Within 47 days, no change  

2. Before 48 days or up， charge $50/time/invoice for admission fee

• When modifying the invoice, will charge exactly any services fee, penalty or unexpected cost may incur.
• Any reason to cancel or modify the order, the bank wire transfer fee, credit card fee, cancellation fee, or and modification fee will be deducted from the refund together. 
• Any rectify, or cancellation must be through email or fax, verbally are not acceptable
• Cancellation and refund will be processed within 3-9 business days
