Post Optional Package - Self-service Tour
Option 1: Post Ski package YYC-WS:
From late fall to early spring, snow may be falling but it doesn't mean you have to stay inside, there are some top winter activities that shouldn't be missed, such as Curling, ice hockey and ski. Banff National Park turns into a winter wonderland, becoming a dreamland for winter activities. three are three famous ski resorts: Sunshine Village, Ski Lake Louise, and Mt Norquay.

* Customer under 16 years old MUST be accompanied by at least one adult.
* If you receive no tour confirmation from us 7 days before departure, please contact us.
* The itinerary will be subject to traffic and weather.
* Before doing an individual activity or leaving the group, please get the agreement of the tour guide.
* We make every effort to provide on-time service, it does not guarantee to arrive at or depart from any point as a specific time, which may be affected by any number of factor including weather, traffic, strikes, government shutdowns, war or terrorist attacks, or mechanical problem.
* If you have any special needs, please inform us at least 7 days before departure.
* Please provide accurate: Name, Gender, Adult / Child and Contact Phone No. when booking the tour. You are responsible for missing or providing wrong information during the journey.
* Optional tours,attractions and meals plan can only be booked at the time of booking. No additional change or modification within 7 days.
* Hotel Class: North American Hotels do not have an official hotel star rating standard. The hotels involved in the trip are local brand hotels only.
* The North American Hotel Standard Room equipped with one bed or two beds. If you have special requirements for the bed types, please inform us at the time of booking.
* Please understand the standard of product components - such as Tourist Vehicles, Hotels, Restaurant, Facilities, etc. are different in some regions or countries. Our tour guide will serve bilingual language (Mandarin or English).
* Tourist Vehicles Arrangement: Below 24 passengers will be provided a driver and guide.
* All kinds of transportation, hotels, restaurants and sightseeing spots used in the itinerary have different regulations on the safety and rights of tourists. In the event of accidental casualties or other losses, our company is not involved in the case based on the regulations by the operating agencies.
* In case of attraction closures (due to holidays or construction, etc.) weather, traffic accidents, etc.; our company may make some necessary changes to the itinerary accordingly.
* It is highly recommended to purchase travel insurance to ensure your personal benefits.
* Any transportation cancellations or delays, climate change, or any other travel safety issues within the trip, are not related to our company and does not take any responsibility.
* The itinerary includes airport transfer, be sure to provide accurate flight information. If pick-up is incorrect due to inaccurate information or waiting at the wrong designation point, will charge $30CAD/person for second pick-up service.
* It is recommended that you redeem your local currency before you travel, and the tour guide does not provide currency exchange services.
* According to hotel operation requirement, you may be required a credit card information to check-in for incidental deposit during in the hotel for miscellaneous expenses (such as telephone expense, laundry, catering).
* All attractions and tour meals need to be booked in advance. No additional order will be provided during the tour.
* Please arrive at the pick-up location on time. If miss the transportation, you will pay your own to next designation to meet our group.
* The tour guide may pick-up or drop-off travelers in different hotels due to the hotel in demand on seasonal.
* The tour guide and bus may not be the same to serve you.
* Such as weather, traffic cancellation/interruption or personal reasons, any discount, promotion, coupons, admission fee including in the package cannot be refund.
* If you have any special needs, like bed type, vegetarian, car seat or personal issue, we will try our best to arrange but not guarantee. Please request 7 days prior to the tour.
* We strongly recommend adding on the optional activities and pre/post hotels when booking the tour.
* No additional change or modification within 7 days of the departure or during the tour, and it bases on the different situation of the requirement.
