* Single room price refers to the price at which a person enjoys a standard hotel room alone.
* A double/three/four room is the price at which two/three/four people share a standard hotel room.
* The price of three or four beds does not include the price of additional beds in the room. Additional beds should be requested separately at the time of registration.
* Due to the limited standard room space and additional beds in the hotel, guests are invited to consult the hotel service for additional beds.
* The price of a child aged 2-9 refers to the price of a third or fourth bed in a standard hotel room.
* A room can accommodate up to four people, including adults and children or babies.
* On weekends or national holidays (such as Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Christmas, New Year's Day, etc.), the price will fluctuate. The staff will notify the price of specific holidays according to the actual situation.
Exclude: meals,travel insurance, visa (if applicable), personal incidentals, driver and tour guide gratuities ($10/day/pax).
The itinerary will be subject to traffic and weather. In case of attraction closures (due to holidays or construction, etc.), the tour guide may make some necessary changes to the itinerary accordingly.
* During Christmas Time (Dec 21-31), group lunch at Chateau Lake Louise is not available, substitute restaurant will be arranged
* Outdoor activities are seasonal & weather dependent; Sulphur Mountain Hotsprings will have a fare of approx. $5 for the hotsprings accessories (towel, locker and swimwear)
* $50/person damage deposit required for snowshoes rental, will refund when snowshoes are returned in same condition
* Triple / Quad are to be shared with 2 beds; child (under 12 yrs) shares bed with adults and is charged with tour fare
* Limited to one medium sized suitcase and one carry-on luggage per person.
* All hotel rooms are non-smoking. Any violation will be penalized $350 and up (non-refundable cleaning fee)

25-32 days prior to departure date – refund 70% of the tour fare
17-24 days prior to departure date – refund 50% of the tour fare
No refund within 16-day prior to departure date. No partial refund on any unused services provided in the itinerary
* If there are optional self-paid items in the itinerary, there will be no refund for the self-paid items after confirmation of the information, modification or cancellation.
* Upgraded hotel can not be changed after confirmation, if cancel,without any refund.
* Group fees and Rocky Mountain Hotel promotion surcharges may be adjusted at any time due to various factors.
