Fee Details

Your reservation is always subject to confirmation by email, normally within one to two business days.

* Adult: 13 and older
* Child: 4-12, need to book with adults
* Kids: 0-3 are free.
* Kids 0-3 years old also need a reservation, please provide the child birthday and contact our service team to adjust your prices for booking includes kids (0-3).

One adult can only bring one free child (0-3) or one child (4-12). Availability is subject to final confirmation.

In the event that Antelope Canyon rejects the guests due to the lack of previous reason, guests will solely assume full responsibility of any loss as a result.
* Kids ages 0 - 3 years old may enter free; if the child is older than 3 on the tour date, a supplemental fee of $30.00/person must be paid on site.
* Child ages 4 - 12 years old qualify for child rates; if the child is older than 12 on the tour date, a supplemental fee of $30.00/person must be paid on site.
* If supplemental fees are not paid on-site by guest(s), it will be considered as voluntary refusal of activity, and no refund of any kind will be issued.
* Please kindly remember to notify us of any accompanying child(ren). The age and how many will be participating are information required to ensure the accurate reservation of admissions. In the event that Antelope Canyon rejects the guests due to the above reason, guest(s) will solely assume full responsibility.

Tips:

* The ticket is non-refundable once confirmed.

* For safety, people who may not be physically capable of completing the hiking required during the tour or pregnant are not allowed to participate.

* Please check-in at least 1 hour before the tour due to high volume of tours. There will be no refund if a customer is late or misses the bus. 

* Please note that the following bags are not permitted to bring into the Antelope Canyon: backpack, binocular case, camera bag, clear backpack, tinted plastic bag, fanny pack, purse, mesh bag, printed pattern plastic bag, oversized tote.

* If you could accept other tour time, you could also provide 1-2 other tour time to customer service, and remark the required time and alternative time.

* Please bring the E-ticket/Voucher you received and government issued photo id with you in order to board your tour.

* The age of non-adult participants will be determined by date of birth on the valid photo ID on the tour date.

* Tripods and large bags are not permitted during the tour, please leave them at your vehicle or place of stay.

* Guests must get to Ken’s Tours ticketing counter on their own at Lower Antelope Canyon, Lake Powell Navajo Tribal Park, Page, Arizona.

* Tour is only valid for the specified time and date of service.

* Please bring the e-voucher to redeem tour ticket at Ken’s Tours ticketing counter.

* Guests who drive there themselves have free parking.

* Please note that there is a 10 minute walk to the canyon entrance, and stairs ranging from 3 ft to 25 ft in length, with handrails for stairs over 8 ft.

* Operation Hours:
Summer Hours (First week in March until First week in November): 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; last tour leaves at 4:00 PM
Winter Hours (Second week in November until Last week in February): 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM; last tour leaves at 3:00 PM

* Travel Tips:
- Important items to bring along: Bottled Water, Sunscreen (especially summer), Comfortable shoes (hiking shoes preferred) and Hat
- No tripods or monopods allowed
- Always follow the tour guide’s instructions

* Please be aware of Time Zone Changes The tour times on the vouchers or itineraries are local time in the destination. Daylight Saving Time begins on the 2nd Sunday in March at 2:00am (Page, Williams, Grand Canyon, Cameron and Flagstaff, AZ are same time as Las Vegas & Los Angeles) (Utah is always 1 hour ahead of Las Vegas & Los Angeles) Standard Time begins on the 1st Sunday in November at 2:00am (Page, Williams, Grand Canyon, Cameron and Flagstaff, AZ are 1 hour ahead of Las Vegas & Los Angeles) (Utah is always 1 hour ahead of Las Vegas & Los Angeles)
