1. Price and schedule are subject to seasonal change without notice. 

2. Admission tickets bought through sellers or City Pass are not applicable to our tours, otherwise a surcharge of $40 will apply.

3. Only accept prepaid whole admission packages, otherwise, guests can pay on the bus.

4. For a group of 10 or more people, request a prepaid whole admission package and tour guide service fee of $14 per person/day.

5. Triple and Quad occupancy are to be shared with two beds.

6. One luggage per person. Extra luggage surcharge $35 each luggage.No change of pick-up and drop-off locations 3 days prior to departure.

7.No shows at pre-arranged location and time, the whole trip will be cancelled with no refund.

8.Passengers are responsible for all travel documents validity. (If applicable)

9.Travel insurance is recommended, please check with our consultants at the time of booking. 10Any pre-purchased tickets, admission, and meal fee are non-refundable.

10.Your room types are based on hotels' own standards. We can require your needs but not guarantee.

11.Itineraries are subject to change or cancellation at any time due to any unforeseen conditions, including but not limited to, adverse weather, traffic problem,etc.   

12.Passengers are responsible to keep and protect your personal property and personal belongings.

13.Prices or information could be different on your next website visit or session. We don’t accept price adjustment.

14.Minimum of 20  passengers is required for guaranteed departure. Compass Vacation reserves the right to cancel the tour within 3 days prior to departure with full refund value of the package price booked.
